Messy Conversations | 6-Week Course

Messy Conversations is a live, 6-week virtual course offered by Arvada-based Equipping for Impact, taught by local coach Abigail Doust. The course focuses on navigating difficult conversations — including grief, resistance to change, and emotionally charged moments — in contexts like work, parenting, and personal relationships. While it may not be intended, conversations can become "messy" because of what people bring into them. You'll learn practical skills on how to handle these situations while respecting the person on the other side. Sessions are held in small groups with an emphasis on practice and feedback each week.
