Native Floral is hiring for a Part-Time Floral Sales Associate for one of our customer locations in Longmont, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in merchandising and selling beautiful, fresh cut floral bouquets. Our current search is for upbeat, enthusiastic self-starters with the ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and reliable. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Clean, attractive merchandise presentations • Customer engagement for selection, purchasing, and questions • Maintenance on back stock product and quality • Daily flower “grooming” to keep bouquets vibrant and attractive • Unpack floral freight deliveries and organize flowers in cooler • Pull, push and lift up to 35 lbs.
