BEER POKING is back at Odyssey Beerwerks on Jan. 24th from 1-5pm! Drop in for this ancient tradition, which is surely a unique beer experience! What is Beer Poking? While you drink the first half of your beer, we'll be heating up a metal poker over an open flame, and then we'll plunge that poker into your beer and caramelize the remaining sugars creating a malt-forward and expressive beer!
