A Yoga & Embodiment Experience for Nervous System Nourishment In a world that pulls us in a thousand directions, this workshop invites you to return inward: back to your breath, your body, and your sense of self. Through a gentle blend of slow flow yoga, guided embodiment practices, and nervous system education, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s signals and respond with care. Together, we’ll explore movement, stillness, and reflection as pathways to self-regulation and resilience. Rooted in nervous system nourishment, this experience offers a safe, heart-centered space to slow down, reconnect, and expand your capacity for presence. By the end of the workshop, you will: Feel more connected to your breath, body, and emotional state Understand how to identify and respond to your own nervous system signals Leave with 2–3 simple daily practices for grounding and self-regulation Experience a supportive space for reflection and heart-centered connection This is more than a yoga class, it’s an invitation to come home to yourself.
