About This Event
Lullabies for the Earth – Songs for Rest & Renewal | Ahnara Music Poetry • Reflection • Gentle Listening A tender hour of lullabies, spoken scrolls, and quiet reflection. Through tone and poetry, we’ll listen to the rhythm of rest that moves through the body and the Earth alike. Participants are invited to pause, breathe, and write simple words of gratitude or peace inspired by the stillness of the season. Free | NoBo Library Community Room | Friday, December 5 | 2:00–3:00 p.m. This program is designed for adults and older teens who enjoy quiet reflection. Whisper of the Scroll: When the Earth rests, she sings beneath your breath. Part of The Lullaby Project and The Rest Cycle — offerings from Ahnara Music created to remind us that quiet is sacred, and rest is a language of return.
