Mercy Club is a boisterous folk rock band from Boulder County, Colorado. Anchored in harmony, singable melodies and accessible, honest lyrics. A dynamic folk ensemble with a rock n' roll heart. On January 17th, they are joined by Trouble's Braids and Katie Mintle for an evening of folk and folk rock at Trident. Trouble’s Braids is a musical act from Boulder that creates dynamic folk music with teeth. Their first EP, The Big Tourist, has been featured in Westword Magazine, Business Insider, numerous radio shows, and a number of podcasts. The band combines poignant lyricism, rich female and male harmonies, and great hooks with an unflinching curiosity about the dark and hidden corners of the human experience, all with a wink and a nod that invites the audience to come play.
