Dive into a special SlowFlow + Sound Healing event during Boulder Arts Week at Yoga Pearl on April 6th from 8:00am to 9:30am. Led by contemplative artist Ashley Young and potter Kelley Hestmark, this session combines gentle vinyasa flow with restorative postures to enhance physical well-being and joy. Suitable for all levels, the class includes singing bowls and concludes with a soothing sound healing savasana. Membership includes entry, while non-members can join for $32.
