About This Event
The Tulip Fairy & Elf Festival at The Pearl Street Mall in Downtown Boulder welcomes spring with a colorful parade led by the Tulip Fairy and young fairies and elves to awaken the tulips. This cherished tradition includes special events and activities for children and celebrates over 15,000 tulips that grace the mall in spring. Rain date is set for 5/4/24.
