Open to all genders and backgrounds, 18+ What light or dream are you ready to shine into the world? As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather in sacred community—resting in the darkness, kindling the light, and dreaming the seeds of healing we wish to bring into the world. Guided by Jenna Zadaka & Mitten Lowe Accompanied by the Boulder Philharmonic Together we will: ~Move through gentle winter yoga ~ Honor the turning of the seasons with candle-lighting ritual ~Embody the medicine of herbs to support dreaming and descent into the nourishing dark ~Set intentions and prayers for renewal, healing, and light Trusting in the darkness is not easy- let’s sink into our vessels of trust in community.
