Check-in details Please arrive a few minutes early for class to ensure a smooth start! We will begin class right on time, so arriving ahead allows you to settle in and make the most of our valuable class time together. What to bring Please wear close toed shoes and water bottle if you get thirsty often-- we have a filtered water fountain on site Special requirements Any participants age 14 and younger will need a parent or guardian also taking the class We are ADA accessible and happy to make accommodations for any participant if needed.
