Welcome summer with a special summer solstice yoga class outdoors at the Gardens! Connect with the vibrancy of the sun and embrace the high energy activation of summer. This class includes surya namaskar (sun salutations) and other yoga poses designed to cultivate your inner strength while keeping you cool during the beginning of summer. Set your intention for the summer season and reconnect with the beauty of the outdoors surrounded by gardens in bloom while you move, stretch and breathe through this solstice yoga practice. Skill level: All levels welcome, all bodies welcome. Special Instructions: Advanced registration is required. Please bring a mat, a towel and water.
