About This Event
Join author Dorje Dolma for an engaging presentation of her memoir, "Yak Girl from Nepal," on June 7 at 2pm at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures. Dolma will share her compelling journey from a remote Nepalese village to America, highlighting Tibetan traditions and the challenges of growing up in a distant land. Tickets are $5 (free for Museum members) and can be reserved online. After the talk, signed copies of Dolma’s book will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting the Museum. Enjoy light refreshments during the event.
