About This Event
Join us for a soul-centered New Year’s evening designed to clear the old, awaken the new, and anchor your intentions for 2026. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and guided intention writing, followed by an energetic cleansing and Reiki led by Yogi Joe. You will then be guided through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and visualization exercise to soften the body and slow the mind before we drop into a full 60+ minute sound bath led by our collaborating sound specialist Zach Miller with Soundwave Sacrament. After our sound journey, we’ll transition into a slow, intentional close with reflection, integration, and light food + community time.
