Meet Your Instructor: Jenny Duer Jenny’s love for yoga runs deep—but her love for dogs runs even deeper. Certified as a yoga instructor in 2016, she has been teaching a variety of classes ever since, offering gentle, accessible guidance designed for all levels. During the pandemic, Jenny began fostering dogs through Colorado-based rescue organizations, and as her classes shifted online, her furry companions naturally found their way onto the mat alongside her. Today, Jenny shares her home with her beloved pack, and the puppies joining her during yoga sessions are adoptable through Animal Friends Alliance—because every pose is better with a chance to find a forever home. Every dog she meets leaves a lasting paw print on her heart.
