About This Event
Join us for a rejuvenating Sunday Sound Bowl Meditation session led by Joe at 2721 S. College Ave., Unit 3. This unique experience offers a chance to unwind and recharge for the upcoming week through a guided sonic journey using handmade bowls and sound healing tools. Participants will receive expert meditation guidance, breathing techniques, soothing music, and aromatherapy. All are welcome, regardless of experience level, and are encouraged to bring their own comfort items like cushions and blankets.
