Join us for Zumba at 2721 S. College Ave., Unit 3, a fun and inclusive dance fitness party suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The class combines low and high-intensity moves with Latin and World rhythms for a calorie-burning workout that feels more like a party. Expect a total fitness experience that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Classes are held every Tuesday at 7pm and Saturday at noon and Sunday at 5pm, with a donation-based fee structure.
