Key Responsibilities: • Employ dishwashing equipment to sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware in an efficient manner. • Adhere to health and safety protocols by keeping the dishwashing area neat and organized. • Aid in ensuring that the culinary workspace stays supplied with sanitized plates, bowls, and cooking implements to align with the restaurant's quick service standards. • Upholding a sanitary and orderly workspace requires the appropriate disposal of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste. • Collaborate with kitchen and service members to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely guest service. • Aid in performing additional cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
