About Us We provide structured weekday walks, adventure-style hikes, and restorative canine wellness services across the Front Range. Every session is personalized to a dog's age, breed, health, and activity level. Our mission is simple: prevent "weekend warrior" injuries through consistent, professional conditioning. We are headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, and serve clients across the surrounding communities. About the Role As a Healthy Hounds Fitness Coach, you'll blend your athletic lifestyle with purpose-driven work. You'll guide dogs through workouts that build endurance, strength, balance, and confidence—helping them stay adventure-ready for the families who love them. Available Shifts (Monday–Friday) We are currently hiring for the following weekday shifts: • 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. • 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. • 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. • 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Shifts may vary based on route needs, but all hours fall within typical weekday demand.) Service Areas Coaches must live in one of our active territories to qualify: • Arvada • Boulder • Broomfield • Louisville • Superior • Westminster (We hire locally to ensure shorter routes, stronger client relationships, and safer travel.) Responsibilities • Lead structured fitness walks and adventure-style hikes (1–5 miles depending on the dog) • Monitor and record each dog's performance, well-being, and progress.s • Communicate clearly and professionally with pet parents. • Ensure safety, hydration, environmental awareness, and appropriate pacing. • Follow personalized fitness plans based on our expert protocol.ls • Use your smartphone to capture photos, send updates, track sessions, and communicate with the team.
