Reports To: The Mailroom Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. Job Overview The Mailroom Associate provides exceptional mail and shipping/receiving services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of inbound/outbound mail, distributing/delivering of mail, shipping and receiving product and supplies to support onsite business service center in a timely manner. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. Typical Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM-6:00PM Duties And Responsibilities • Deliver 5-star customer service in all interactions. • Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing shipments. • Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and chain-of-custody documentation. • Serve as point of contact for mail/package inquiries and notify employees of deliveries. • Keep the Business Service Center neat, organized, and well-stocked; replenish office supplies as needed. • Follow shipping/receiving procedures and ensure correct packing methods and materials. • Maintain professionalism and build strong working relationships across teams. • Support training of back-up staff and assist with sensitive inquiries. • Proactively identify additional tasks during downtime. • Provide exceptional service to both client and employees. TRAVELING CHEF wanted for a 2 month bike tour for 30 people Tour starts in San Diego on March 6 and ends in St Augustine, FL on April 27. Preparation is in Boulder, CO and transportation is included from Boulder and back to Boulder. Employment offer is for February 28 - May 2. Simple breakfast, snack and dinner each day, and the occasional lunch. You will be released from dinner duty 7 nights on the tour, which averages to once a week. Camping Kitchen is provided, we change location almost every day. Looking for a chef with event experience. Daily menu can be provided or we can work with you to create new menus according to your specialties. However, emphasis is put on healthy food providing good energy for active bodies. Meals are served buffet style and you will be responsible for and given a budget for food purchases. You will travel and stay with the event staff - sometimes in hotels, sometimes camping.
