The Shop Manager will help oversee the daily operations of the repair shop, help customers, repair & estimate machines, Help organize & clean the shop to ensure the store meets performance goals. Key responsibilities include supervising shop activities, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. Additional tasks may involve other things to help around the store & assisting in sales to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. • Experience in operations management and the ability to oversee daily store/shop functions. • Skills in shop management to handle inventory, repair scheduling, and staff coordination. • Customer service and customer experience skills to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. • Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. • Experience in service, retail or related industries is preferred, though not required. • Preferably some shop experience of some sort but not required. • A technical mind, works well with hands, eye for detail & completion of tasks. • This work does require a fair amount of standing, frequently through each day lifting vacuums/shampooers up & down off of benches & storage racks. Helping bring in orders. Must be physically able for standing & lifting items regularly • **We will train on estimating & repairing vacuums No experience required in vacuum repair.** • Reliable, good attitude, works will with others, shows up on time ready to work • Reliable transportation Pay • Hours Tuesday-Saturday 9-1(possibly 2pm) Closed Sundays & Mondays • $18-22/hr (hourly + commission)
