Duties The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer, it is the Executive Officer, in the Command Section of an Air Force Reserve Wing. Knowledge and understanding of a comprehensive range of staff concepts, objectives, policies, management/ organizational techniques, and military command are applied in accomplishing work assignments. Federal Time-In-Grade (TIG) Requirement for General Schedule (GS) Positions: Applicants must have served at least 52 weeks at the next lower grade level or higher grade (or equivalent in an alternate pay system) within the Federal Civil Service to be considered for referral. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: * Knowledge of the over all mission, functions, operations and organization; and a variety of principles and processes applicable to the work operations of a military wing or equivalent. * Knowledge of analytical, evaluative, planning and investigative processes, techniques and methods as applied to issues or studies involving administrative or support functions. * Knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies and precedents applicable to wing programs and related support resources or equivalent. * Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures. * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. * Ability to plan, organize work, and manage multiple taskings. OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS: * This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. Must meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements. Work schedule will be aligned to allow incumbent to fully participate in unit training assemblies (UTA). The incumbent's regular assignments are ART duties; however, the incumbent may be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities. * Work schedules will be so aligned to allow the individual to function fully on unit training assembly (UTA) weekends. * May be required to travel by regularly scheduled military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty (TDY) assignments. * May be required to perform other related duties as assigned. * This is a designated mobility position. Resolve theft using good judgement and conducting apprehensions while adhering to policy and procedures. • Initiate, investigate and resolve internal investigations as directed by AP leader in your market and/or your leader. • Educate store leadership on merchandise protection best practice and audit execution in partnership with key partners. • Implement and follow up on any operational changes as directed by your leader. • Support your leader to educate and support store teams on operational shortage priorities. • Order merchandise protection devices as needed to support the minimum standards for your store. Role and Responsibilities: The Closer is responsible for ensuring the gym is securely closed each night while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff. • Perform all closing duties in accordance with Planet Fitness policies and procedures. • Ensure all members have exited the club at closing time. • Secure all doors, windows, and alarm systems. • Clean and sanitize equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. • Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer service. • Balance daily cash receipts and complete required paperwork. • Restock supplies and prepare the club for the next day’s operations. • Report and address any maintenance or safety concerns. • Assist with membership sign-ups, billing questions, and basic front desk tasks as needed. • Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and members.
