Sales Support & Lead Generation: • Identify sales opportunities and pass them to the sales team for follow-up. • Proactively look for ways to assist sales reps in building client relationships. • Send out CRM sequences to anyone who calls in or visits the store!! Administrative & Operational Support: • Keep records of orders, interactions, and follow-ups organized. • Assist in inventory tracking and product availability updates as needed. • Support other administrative tasks related to customer service and sales.
